Do you remember this picture from our family photo shoot in 2011?
I thought it was hilarious because those eyes and that pitiful look reminded me of a Feed the Children poster. Kristen and I joked about editing the picture and adding a few flies to add to the overall pitiful look...but I dare say I think Jack has got the ole girl beat. Check out this sleepy, sad look.
Not that it's a competition or anything, but if we were going on pitiful look alone which child would you more likely feed?

I don't know... there's just something about the picture of Loreli. Maybe it's the lighting or something, or the way her hair looks kind of sweaty... or maybe it's those black hole eyes that just suck you it and tug at your heart strings. Jack is pretty dang good at the eyebrow furrow though. I got it a lot the last time were were Star Valley. I've never had a kid so young glare at me so often
Jack also has a little food residue on his lip... if you're campaigning for someone to feed your kids, you can't leave evidence that you already feed them
Why do your kids looks so depressed? Cheer them up Katy or I am going to start sending them powdered milk.
