Way back in early June when I went to gather my relations from Start Valley, I started to build a crib. I completed all of the actual constructing while we were there, but because of a recent development for the loathing of painting, the unfinished crib has just sat in pieces in our garage since that time. But with Jack getting close to touching both ends of his bassinet at the same time, I figured my time for procrastinating had ended.
However I did have the foresight to purchase a paint sprayer for this occasion. Made painting a much more bearable activity.

A few coats later, ta-da, a finished crib.
It turned out okay, although there are more flaws in it than I care to admit, but Loreli seemed pleased with it.

IT Looks So Good! You should share the plans!! Just curious how does it come apart and get put back together? We have an old crib someone gave us and the plastic sliding pieces that we use to take it apart and put back together are falling apart :/ Any ideas?
I just cut a bunch of angle braces from a piece of angle iron then drilled holes in them to screw it all together. Pretty simple. Make sure you file all your sides down, fresh cut iron can be pretty sharp on the edges.
